Our client, a leader in the renewables industry, is currently seeking a skilled Foundation Installation Engineer to join their team. As a Foundation Installation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the construction of offshore wind farms, with a focus on the installation of foundations and substructures. This is a contract position with our client, RWE Renewables UK Swindon Limited.
- Offshore Windfarm experience
- Strong knowledge of Foundations / Substructure
- Installation expertise
- Significant experience in construction projects of offshore wind farms
- Deep understanding of tendering and contracts used in foundation Installation
- Strong project management experience in offshore logistics
- Proven track record in offshore wind construction
- Development of Offshore Wind Farm installation logistics
- Support procurement with preparation of contracts and vessel charters with offshore construction companies
- Technical assessment of installation methodologies
- Support Interface Management to scope-related internal and external stakeholders (work packages, other projects, contractors, authorities)
- Close collaboration with other work packages and projects including knowledge and experience sharing
- Deliver successful transport and installation of foundations
- Obtain As-Built documents for handover to Operations
