Day to Day of the Role:- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students enrolled in foundation courses.
- Support learners in developing essential skills such as numeracy, literacy, and study techniques.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in the subject area.
- Teaching experience in further education or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom.
- Ability to plan, organise, and deliver high-quality teaching sessions.
