The FP&A Manager will lead a team of talented Commercial FP&A Analysts - responsible for interpreting and analysing financial performance, driving value through effective business partnering, right up to Board level.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and presenting of key financial deliverables - specifically across quarterly and annual budgeting / planning process and strategic long term plan
• Add value through effective financial analysis - demonstrating influencing and presentation skills
• Be an effective business partner within finance and the wider business
• Prepare reporting and insight for executive management - delivering insight and analysis on key financials
• Own the working relationships between FP&A, wider commercial finance and the business
• Take a lead within the team; mentoring junior members and developing management skills as part of your progression plan

Key requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with significant PQE
• Experience in FP&A / commercial finance environment
• Management / leadership experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business
• Drive & ambition

Package:

• £70-80k
• 15-20% bonus (has consistently paid out)
