Fra Carpenter

Responsibilities 

• Fitting new fire doors , repair frames and upgrading existing doors
• Fitting electrical enclosures
• Ensuring all installation, repair and refurbish work meets fire safety and other regulations
• Installing fire related plaster board
• Fire Stopping Works 

Requirements 

• Experience in fire door Inspections and Assessments 
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS OR COUNCILS
• Understand fire door components
• Must have full UK driving licence will be issued van
• Excellent carpentry skills, with evidence of trade specific qualifications (NVQ level 3 Carpentry or equivalent).
• Good Knowledge Of British Standards
• Good standard of record keeping and minor administration

Contract 

• Initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend 
• PAYE via Umbrella 
• Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
