As a trusted business partner, you will be accountable for driving the achievement of individual Franchise performance and growth plans, contributing to the continuous improvement and expansion of the brand in the UK.

The role of Franchise Operations Manager

• Act as the primary relationship holder with a designated number of Franchisees, leading change initiatives for success.
• Proactively influence Franchisees to achieve operational excellence, aligned with the objectives of the brand strategy.
• Develop and implement regional business plans, incorporating franchise-specific targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments, ensuring adherence to brand standards identified by operational evaluations and food safety visits.
• Facilitate learning and development by ensuring Franchisees utilize available materials and tools to enhance their business.
• Support the delivery of operational tools and initiatives related to information technology.
• Ensure Franchisees address customer concerns/feedback promptly and professionally.
• Drive the execution of Franchisees’ new store growth plans and store refit requirements in collaboration with the Property and Growth team.
• Develop and implement franchise-specific and regional marketing plans and initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, NPD, and Digital teams.

• Possesses strong operational acumen, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex business data to inform and influence actions, driving continuous improvement.
• Embraces a growth mindset with sound judgement on key issues.
