Our client is offering the successful Franchise Operations Manager:
- Upto GBP40,000 Basic
- Upto GBP50,000 On Target Earnings
- Car Allowance
Franchise Operations Manager requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years in estate agency management, ideally overseeing multiple offices.
- Proven track record in estate agency operations, including financial services and conveyancing.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business scenarios and drive impactful decisions.
- Results-driven individual
- Full Driving Licence and own vehicle
As a Franchise Operations Manager, your role will involve the following:
- Assist the Franchise and Operations team when needed.
- Attend and present at meetings and training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with franchisees and stakeholders.
- Support and respond to customer complaints as required.
- Assist the Franchise and Operations team when needed.
