All colleagues are aware of the processes for speaking up and how to raise a concern. Supported appropriately when they Speak Up or support others who are speaking up. Action is taken to ensure that managers follow up concerns.
That the Trust learns from concerns raised and improvements are made as a result. That the Trust is effectively aligned with the National Freedom to Speak Up processes and best practice guidance. That the Trust Board is fully informed of FTSU concerns raised and emerging themes.
