As a freelance tutor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate individuals pursuing careers in early childhood education. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training sessions, marking and providing feedback on work, completing timely reviews and employer engagement.

We have been training practitioners to work in schools, nurseries, pre-schools and as home based educators (childminders) since 2010.
Your Benefits:
A full- time freelance salary of £30,00 per annum, pro rata dependent on hours

Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 3 years occupational experience either in a nursery or other Early Years setting, e.g. Early Years Manager or Senior Practitioner (e.g. room leader, EYT, etc.), or a childminder running your own childcare business.
Assessor award, A1/CAVA
Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
Familiarity with e-portfolio systems – OneFile preferred.
Proven experience in teaching, assessing and marking academic or professional work, preferably in an educational or training setting.
Strong command of the subject matter being taught and assessed.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
A robust knowledge of safeguarding and current CPD
