My client is a respected groundworks contractor who provide services to some of the largest housebuilders in the UK.
Due to work load they are now looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for them on an ongoing basis (minimum 2 years work)

- Procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the project
- Sub-contract account management
- Monthly valuations and variations
Essential Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
- Experience of working for a groundworker on residential projects
- 5 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of JCT & NEC
