Untie People are working with a leading construction contractor in Leeds to hire a Site Manager on an accommodation build scheme in Leeds. You will be focussing on internal fitout of rooms, including management of trades, snags and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines.
- Overseeing individual snagging and finishing of apartment units, overseeing quality and deadlines for handymen and finishing trades.
- Reporting progress to senior management.
- Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards.
- Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Singing off and handing completed work over to the client
Requirements & experience:
- SMSTS
- First Aid (preferable)
- CSCS Card
- Trade background preference is joinery / plastering
- Previous experience in a fitout, snagging or finishing role.
- Experience of site audit software and finishing
