£36,940.00 per annum + performance bonus
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a background in negotiating rates with customers and hauliers, a proven track record in achieving targets, and the ability to perform under pressure. They should exhibit a solid team ethic, possess strong commercial awareness, and have substantial knowledge of sub-contracting within the transport sector. Additionally, the candidate must be prepared to participate in an on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates with customers and hauliers to secure the best deals.
