Salary: £30,000 - £41,333 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic French and Spanish teacher to inspire and educate our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote language acquisition and cultural understanding. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal development of our students while working within a collaborative and supportive faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective French and Spanish lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of secondary school students.
- Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Foster a positive classroom ethos that promotes inclusivity, respect, and appreciation for linguistic diversity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and implementation of the Modern Foreign Languages curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each student.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) highly desirable.
- Proficiency in French and Spanish, with the ability to teach both languages to secondary school level.
- Experience teaching French and/or Spanish in a secondary school setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing teaching practice.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
