We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated French and Spanish Teacher to join the vibrant team at Bower Park Academy, which is part of the Empower Learning Academy Trust (ELAT). In this role, you'll inspire and guide students in a supportive classroom environment, teaching across KS3 and KS4.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time, permanent position, with the role available to commence after the Easter break in April 2024.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Designing engaging lesson plans and delivering dynamic teaching sessions.
- Providing constructive feedback on student work and homework assignments.
- Upholding safeguarding protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing additional support where necessary.
Requirements of the Role:
- Possession of an enhanced DBS check on the update service, or the willingness to obtain one.
- A degree qualification in teaching, with a strong focus on French and Spanish.
- In-depth knowledge of the subject curriculum and a passion for teaching.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to supporting students in their learning journey.
- Collaboration with Teaching Assistants to create an inclusive learning environment.
