French Customer Service Administrator - Bournemouth - up to £25K

What you'll be doing:
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing front line Customer Service to all distributers along with all administrative tasks related to Customer Service. Ensuring all orders are on the systems, following up orders when necessary and liaising with all departments to process orders effectively.

What we're looking for:
- French speaking - able to communicate via written & verbal means.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- IT literate ideally within Microsoft Office programmes.
- Good Communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to provide a high level of concentration and can apply good logic to all tasks.
- Experience in an engineering company would be advantageous.
Hours & Benefits:
- Mon - Thurs 7.30am - 4pm & Fri 7am - 12.45pm.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holiday
