Pay Rate: £14.05 per hour after probation
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire – candidates must be commutable distance to the office. This is not a fully remote position.
We are hiring a Trilingual French and Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team on a hybrid basis in Rugby, Warwickshire. Candidates must be fluent in French and either Spanish or Italian. Initially, the role will be full-time in the office but you will be given the opportunity to work from home around 50% of the week after training.
The position will begin as an on-going temp role but is aimed to become a permanent position after 6-12 months.
Working hours will operate on a 4 week rotational basis as follows:
Week 1 – 06:00 – 14:30
Week 2 – 14:30 – 23:00
Week 3 – 07:00 – 15:30
Week 4 – 14:00 – 22:30
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service in French, Spanish, or Italian through various channels.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex customer queries.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken French is essential.
- Proficiency in either Spanish is essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous Customer Service experience is advantageous.
