Working hours 9 am - 6 pm with flexibility when needed.
The role supports a busy Partner and one other professional with all business support:
- including extensive calendar business and personal,
- booking and coordinating complex global travel and being prepared for last-minute changes, forward-thinking is a must!
- Inbox management
- Creating reports and proposals with PP
- Creating board packs
- Liaising with EAs in NY. to coordinate scheduling
- Team player able to cultivate relationships with other members of staff
- Provide high-level admin support to Partners & professionals and support the wider team if required.
- Work well alongside admin staff
- Prepare detailed expense reports
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking team player with a high attention to detail, ability to multitask and work well under pressure. You will be savvy and understand the deal flow process of PE, so a background as an EA in finance is essential.
Fluent French speaker, written and spoken, German speaker highly desirable.
