Our dedicated Customer Service team ensures that all hobbyists across all of Europe receive great Customer Service. As Customer Service Advisor you will work as part of this team to resolve customer email, call and live chat queries from our French Speaking Customers, as efficiently and effectively as possible.
This is a busy role involving answering customer queries such as ‘Where’s my order?’ and helping to replace damaged / mispacked customer orders.
We have no scripts to read, so you will be working on your own initiative and tailoring your conversations to the customer.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in resolving customer queries, be driven to achieve results and have excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
You enjoy solving problems and finding the best solutions, while being resilient and calm under pressure. Great listening skills are essential.
We know that keeping a smile on your face whilst answering the 60th email of the day is challenging, however, consistently delivering high levels of Customer Service at all times, no matter how demanding the workload, will be a challenge you will relish!
