Day to day, you’ll
Ensure customer queries are answered promptly and effectively via chat, email and phone,
maintaining email SLA and live chat availability.
Ensure all interactions with customers are conducted in a professional and courteous
manner, while maintaining a fun and friendly tone of voice.
Offer alternative solutions to customer issues where appropriate, with both the customer
and business needs in mind.

Proven track record in thriving within dynamic office environments, seamlessly integrating
into professional teams.
Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication in English & French. Spanish
proficiency would be a bonus.
Enabling clear guidance to both colleagues and customers and facilitating seamless
collaboration across departments.
Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a commitment to achieving excellence in every

Proficient in MS Office suite, with a keen interest in expanding technical
