Location - Krakow, PL; Remote base, one day per month on-site.

Salary - 13k Zloty per month / equivalent €35k-€36k per year + bonus

This global technology company is building its European procurement team and looking to hire buyers in Poland to support the various local business units across Europe. For this position, they require a French speaker to support the French-speaking market. You will be provided with training and development to quickly develop your skills and capabilities in the areas of strategic purchasing including supplier sourcing, contract management and corporate stakeholder management.

Previous experience as a strategic buyer will be highly beneficial but it is essential for this role to have someone who can speak French at a business-fluent level.

As the French Speaking Buyer your responsibilities will include:-

• Working with business stakeholders in French-speaking entities to deliver end-to-end sourcing projects that deliver cost savings and improved value from suppliers
• Manage multiple purchasing projects related to Employee Benefits, Marketing & Communications, Meetings, and Events
• Manage local French contracts and cooperate cross-functionally with legal, IT, finance and other departments
• Analise, monitor and report on procurement spend data and track savings initiatives

To be considered for the position of French Speaking Buyer you should:-

• Have some previous corporate commercial experience, preferably in purchasing or procurement but could also be considered if you have experience in sales, business analytics, or similar fields
• Have a strong analytical mindset, strong working knowledge of Excel, and great problem-solving skills
• Be an excellent communicator, speaking fluently French and English to operate in an international context and manage business relationships in French
• Have great interpersonal skills to build cross-functional business relationships at an international level
