We are seeking a highly motivated and organised French Speaking Sales Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and assisting with export-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities of the French Speaking Sales Administrator :

1. • Communicate effectively with French-speaking customers to resolve queries
   • Translate documents and correspondence as needed
   • Process customer orders and deal with any issues
   • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
   • Manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
   • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and requirements.
   • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Requirements of the French Speaking Sales Administrator:

• Fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in sales administration 
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Export knowledge / experience is preferred
