We are seeking a highly motivated and organised French Speaking Sales Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and assisting with export-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities of the French Speaking Sales Administrator :
- Communicate effectively with French-speaking customers to resolve queries
- Translate documents and correspondence as needed
- Process customer orders and deal with any issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Requirements of the French Speaking Sales Administrator:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in sales administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Export knowledge / experience is preferred
