The Role:
I'm working with a sports-centric technology business who specialise in helping athletes perform to the best of their ability. This company work with the likes of the NBA and NFL as well as individual elite athletes looking to improve their performance through science. They're growing at an impressive rate YoY and are now looking to hire a Frontend Developer.
In this position, you'll be responsible for leading the way, understanding their ecommerce web development whilst helping manage the wider team of developers. You'll design, build, and optimise new pages, functionality and user experiences, whilst educating the team on the best UX / UI principals.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced developer looking to take the next step in their career, within an interesting company who are making a real difference in the field they operate in. The long term potential of this role is huge - You will be the core pillar to grow the team around over the coming months / years.
Required Experience:
?? 5+ years' experience working as a Developer
?? Extensive experience with Javascript, React. HTML, and CSS
?? UX / UI design experience
?? Strong communication skills and the desire to work in a small, tight knit team
The Package:
? Salary range: £40,000-£50,000
? Regular trips to high profile sports events
? 25 days holiday + BH
? Flexible working hours
Working Set-Up:
This position is initially 5 days per week in the office (offices located East of Bournemouth). In the long run, there is potential for more flexibility / WFH options.
Interview Process:
1?? Introductory conversation with Hiring Manager
2?? Take home technical test
3?? Final interview with Hiring Manager and Founders
