Responsibilities: Full accountability for the effective delivery of people, guest experience, sales, profit, operational standards, and Health & Safety.
Ensuring that standards are maintained, and the store performance delivers budget and growth.
Leading and inspiring the performance and engagement of your team.
Leading by example and being a cultural ambassador.
Help with the receiving and organizing of stock and supplies.
Keeping restaurant area clean and sanitary.
Support other team members to ensure seamless service. Requirements: Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering is essential.
Restaurant/hospitality experience is essential.
