**Key Responsibilities: **
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both over the phone and in person.
- Effectively communicate treatment options and financial information to patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle patient records and information in a confidential and secure manner.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
**Qualifications: **
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required).
- Friendly and professional demeanour.
