We are seeking an experienced and loyal person to become part of their family!
The Job – Receptionist
As the receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for the patients and maintaining a relaxing ambiance within the practice.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Providing quotations, handling billing inquiries, preparing invoices and taking payments.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed.
The Person – Receptionist
The ideal candidate for reception role will have previous experience in a similar position either within the hospitality industry or within a medical environment, have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
