Job Summary:
We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at a city hotel in the heart of the Merchant City. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a professional and friendly first impression
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all payment transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a neat and organised reception area
- Coordinate with managers to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent guest service skills with a passion for hospitality
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is desirable
