We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services
- Baking our complimentary homemade baking selection
- Cleaning duties throughout the night
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservations as needed
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly desirable
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services is a plus
