We are looking for a receptionist within a soft play center
The Receptionist is the first person a customer sees and talks to when arriving at the soft play center. You must be presentable and polite
Some of the duties and responsibilities for this role include:
-Maintaining security for the building making sure gates are closed and making sure no one enters or leaves the building without the receptionists being aware
-Taking customers details and payments though our till systems
-Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the customers’ needs
-Taking Party bookings
-Communicating center rule and safety
-Carrying out admin duties
-keeping the center clean and tidy
-Helping colleagues where needed

You must have the ability to work quickly and effectively Good Stress Management with Great customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 45 per week
