Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Taking and typing dictation
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Receptionist Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
