Salary: - Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, BAND 2 (Aligned with AFC) £23,362 - £25,368 pro rata per annum

The candidate will provide a comprehensive and professional Secretarial and Administrative service to Hospice personnel, arrange patient appointments and professional meetings on behalf of the departments and produce attendance lists.

What we are looking for:
- Demonstration of excellent organisational skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
- Experience of working within an admin role or a customer facing service
- Ability to take minutes
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Recent knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team using multiple systems as well as working on your own with minimal supervision
Working as part of the Scotland North & West Administration Team, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to Marie Curie services within the region. You will be required to support the Hospice reception on occasion and provide administrative support to the recruitment process.
