We’re Scotland’s newest and fastest growing online property auction house on a path to becoming the biggest and best known in the UK.Our mission is to help our clients sell their properties for a price they are happy with within 28 days.

We’re a young, tight-knit team based out of Glasgow City Centre and are looking for someone to come on board as the newest addition to our office admin team on a permanent basis.

• 9am-5pm working in attractive city centre location

Responsibilities

• Dealing with solicitors and clients via email and on the phone
• Preparing legal packs for property transactions
• Assisting the rest of team with admin tasks
• Managing own workflow

Requirements

• Being highly organised
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
