Front of House and Creative Workspace Administrator

ASC is a registered arts charity and affordable Creative Workspace provider in London, providing studios to more than 650 artists and makers, and affordable coworking and desking for up to 70 creative industries professionals. We also host two hire galleries and a contemporary art gallery with a programme of curated exhibitions.

The Front ofHouse and Creative Workspace Administrator is a key role supporting the smooth running of all operations related to the letting of workspaces and processing of coworking memberships. The role is also largely front-facing with the opportunity to meet and support a large range of creative professionals.

The ideal candidate will have warm, clear, and confident communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for the artists, makers and Creative professionals in our workspaces.

Ideally 1 years' experience in a comparable administrative role, they will be organised, detail oriented, and able to handle sensitive data and documents professionally and with care. They will have strong time management skills and will be technically literate, familiar with MS Office and Google Suite.
