Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: Leeds City Centre - Close to the train station!

As a Member Host, you will be the face of the organisation, ensuring all members and visitors feel welcome and supported in their workspace journey. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with on-boarding new members, ensuring a smooth transition into the workspace community.
• Handle member enquiries, assisting with booking meeting rooms, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing general support.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the shared workspace, meeting rooms, and communal areas.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask
