Are you a people person with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Are you highly organised and always proactive? If so, a leading organisation in the workspace industry is looking for a Front of HouseMember Host to join their team in Leeds.
As a Member Host, you will be the face of the organisation, ensuring all members and visitors feel welcome and supported in their workspace journey. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and vibrant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with on-boarding new members, ensuring a smooth transition into the workspace community.
- Handle member enquiries, assisting with booking meeting rooms, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing general support.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the shared workspace, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask
