We have an ongoing temporary requirement for our client in Stirling. This is ongoing ad hoc days on a regular basis. It will be to cover holidays and sickness throughout the year. Front of house reception role that will suit someone with excellent communication skills and presentation. Lovely building and great team to work with. Great for students or anyone wanting occasional work.
Job Profile
Front of house reception role. Based in Stirling the main part of the role is the greeting of visitors.
Responsibilities:
- You will be involved with supporting to receptions on site and covering different duties on each
- Front of house role involves working alongside security meeting and greeting visitors and announcing them to clients in the building
- First floor reception is manned by two people, therefore the cover will always be accompanied by another member of the team and this role involves floor walks, stationery restock, incoming and outgoing mail, assisting employees by handing out any I.T equipment etc.
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Greeting all visitors with an exceptionally positive attitude - a welcoming approach is essential and the most important aspect to these roles
- Any previous reception experience would be an advantage but any experience in hospitality or retail could transfer well
- It's all about you! You need to be professional, automatically smile when a visitor arrives and make them feel welcome and interact with excellent communication skills
- No specific experience is needed - these roles could suit anyone looking to build reception experience
Hours: Between Monday and Friday Start times vary between 7.30am and 9am and finish between 4.30pm and 6pm.
Salary: £12 per hour
