Role details - Front of House Receptionist
We are currently looking for a dynamic Front of House Receptionist to join a business based in Central Birmingham. This role will begin as temporary and lead to permanent, meaning candidates will need to be immediately available for an immediate start.
You will ideally have experience in a Front of House / Receptionist role, providing refreshments, working on reception and keeping a clean and tidy Front of House.
Role responsibilities of the Front of House Receptionist
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Coordinating meetings
- Maintaining clean and tidy meeting rooms and Front of House
- Organising company events
- Providing refreshments for visitors and tidying up accordingly
Skills required of the Front of House Receptionist
- Previous experience in a Front of House / Receptionist role - within a Hotel / Airline is desirable
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Organisational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanour
