Front of House / Receptionist
Location: Christchurch
Hourly Rate: GBP9.71 Per Hour
Hours: 40 hours depending on flight schedule. Shift patterns including early mornings, afternoons and weekend shifts so must be flexible.
Tru Talent are delighted to be working with one of the leading UK based Airports who are looking for a Front of House / Receptionist to welcome and assist passengers.
Job Summary
To provide the first point of contact for passengers relating to all Car Park operational functions, including pre-booked services.
This is a customer facing position overseeing the services within the car parks and main terminal areas ensuring the safe compliant and efficient movement of passengers though the Bournemouth facilities, and adherence to BOH operating and security protocols.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide the first point of contact for passengers.
- To provide customer facing services within car parks and main terminal areas ensuring the safe compliant and efficient movement of passengers though the Bournemouth facilities, and adherence to BOH operating and security protocols.
- To assist in the smooth running of the day to day Airport operations in a customer facing role.
- Assist the TDO in Audits and management of the functionality terminal areas, to help ensure that they are tidy and well maintained, and that the necessary equipment is available in order to create a professional environment and an efficient and compliant service.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Previous experience working in customer service
A DBS, Security check and 5 year working history references will be undertaken and will be required prior to you commencing work and the offer of employment will be subject to receiving this on time.
