The Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, directing calls and providing information about our services, ensuring efficient and smooth office operations. You will be customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Efficient Visitor Management

Provide a warm and efficient welcome to all colleagues and external people to manage the visitor registration process.

Streamline the check-in procedures enhances the overall visitor experience .

Notify the host and direct visitors to appropriate person.

Answer, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.

Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email relating to the office environment to stakeholders.

Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.

Take ownership of meeting room set up throughout the building.

Take ownership of Front of House calendars and meeting rooms bookings using Condeco and Outlook.

Liaise with IT and Maintenance departments to solve issues when required.

Assist with booking taxis and other reasonable requests.

Process and report on purchase orders and invoices.

Liaise with security to provide passes to new starters and visitors.

Assist teams to facilitate use of building amenities.

Manage the parking space booking system.

Take ownership of the relationship with the building Front Of House team.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous Front of Office/Receptionist experience is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal. Fluency in English is a must.
