Front of House Receptionist

Hooray are proud to be supporting a lively music venue in the local area on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, VIP reservations, and general information about the nightclub.
3. Check-In and Ticketing: Efficiently handle guest check-ins, verify identification, and process ticket sales for events.
4. Queue Management: Manage guest lines, ensuring a smooth and organized entry process.
5. Communication: Liaise with security, management, and other staff to convey important information and address any issues promptly.
6. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, including ticket sales and cover charges.
7. Maintaining Appearance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
