Front of House Staff

Job Overview:

We are seeking full-time and part-time Front of House Staff to work in our brand new golf simulator centre based in central Liverpool. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The simulator centre has 5x golf bays with a fully licensed bar and food offering.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and check them in for their rounds of golf
- Take & process customer food and bar orders
- Deliver orders to customers, whether in the bar area, or to their golf bays
- Maintain a clean and organised Front of House
- Ensure compliance with food & drink safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending, food preparation, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant or catering operations is a plus, as is some knowledge and interest in golf

Pay: £7.33-£12.06 per hour
