Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organise reception area
- Assist help the restaurant and bar when needed.
- Manage social media posts and messages
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
