TQR Exeter are working in partnership with a Pub in Plymouth, Devon.
The client is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee a small team that prides itself on keeping their patrons happy.

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be required to:
- Undertake shifts weekdays and weekends.
- To be a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Proactively communicate to colleagues and line managers customer feedback
- Hold keys to open or close.
- Be trusted with Banking.
To Apply the Assistant Restaurant Manager will have:
- The ability to lead a team of between 3 – 5 team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry at supervisory level ideally.
- Have attention to detail.
- Good standard of spoken and written English
- Insists on high standards.
