Restaurant Supervisor – The Roundstone Whitbread Inns

PAY RATE: 
Up to £12.32 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE: 
Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS: 
35 hours per week over 5 days – guaranteed hours to plan your week around
Must have flexible availability - including mornings, evenings & weekends

Duties:
- Greet customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role in a leadership position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
