Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up tables and replenishing supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of culinary terms, food preparation, and kitchen operations is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and cash handling
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
