Home Care Worker

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of HomeCare Support Workers to join our team here at West Park Care operating in Wetherby & Harrogate areas.

Contract: ALL staff members are on a contract with a GUARANTEED amount of hours. We DO NOT do zero hour contracts, so don’t worry, you know for certain you’re getting the hours you want to work each week.

Hours: Part time or full time hours on a rota basis. All staff work alternative weekends so we can provide continuity of care and keep it fair for all staff.

Pay: £13 per hour weekdays*, £14.50 per hour on weekends & bank holidays* PLUS £16 for any overtime you’d like to work.

Experience may be an advantage, but if you're a genuinely caring person with the right attitude, then we want to speak with you. No one day is ever the same, which is why we love what we do!

● Minimum call duration's – We do not do 15 minute calls as we don’t want our staff or clients to feel rushed.
