SalaryWe are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
Salary: Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £11.30 per hour

Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
