Front Of House

GI Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a number of dynamic and customer-focused candidates to join their bar and restaurant team. Successful candidates will need to thrive in the fast-paced world of hospitality in a Front Of House setting behind the bar and within the restaurant.
The candidates we are seeking must be talented, customer service trained or experienced within a bar and restaurant environment and want to make a lasting impression on our clients guests.

As a bar and restaurant worker your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating guests with a warm and welcoming attitude within the bar and
restaurant area.
Taking orders accurately and efficiently, catering to guest's dietary preferences and special
requests within the bar and restaurant area
Serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
Providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and beverages.
Handling payments and ensuring accurate billing.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar high-end dining environment is essential.
Training or experience behind a bar, including cocktail preparation and Batista skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle busy periods calmly.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
