We are currently seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our client’s growing team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge applications around real-time monitoring. Our client is an innovative, growing green tech company facilitating clients transition to clean energy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end components of our applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into our development process
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure that the team is following development standards.
- Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance and security
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Apollo, SCSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with React Testing Library and Jest for writing unit and integration tests
- Familiarity with PostgREST for building RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of Node.js and server-side development
- Experience with AWS / Azure cloud services
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with mobile application development
- Experience with integration software like Zapier and KingswaySoft
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development
