Our Client is a £75million business growing heavily through acquisition. They employ over 1,200 people and recently acquired their biggest competitor. Now is an extremely exciting time for this progressive business.
About this role
Due to recent acquisitions and continued business growth, our Client has several large-scale projects in the pipeline, including a .NET project which will use a lot of Microsoft Artificial Intelligence.
As such, our Client is looking to expand their Software Engineering team to help with upcoming projects. We are looking for a Developer who brings a few years of experience with C# .NET, MS SQL and Vue.JS. This role is Full Stack but will sway heavier towards the front-end.
This is a great opportunity for an intelligent, motivated Developer to step into a Development team of 10, working within a really progressive and forward-thinking environment utilising some of the latest technologies on the market.
We all know how relevant and big the space of AI is, so this is an extremely rare opportunity to gain experience learning and working with Artificial Intelligence - a great skill to have on your CV!
Our Client’s software is all cloud based (Azure), and their technology consists of Vue.JS on micro-frontends aggregated in Single-Spa, communicating with .NET 6 API’s persisting to MSSQL and NoSQL databases. Their CI/CD is run via BitBucket, TeamCity and Octopus to Azure DevOps.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in C# .NET development
- 2+ years of experience in Vue.js & TypeScript
- Understanding of REST API's
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work effectively from home full-time
- Exposure to working in an Agile environment (Our Client practices SCRUM)
