Role Overview
Reporting to the Principal Software Engineer, you will contribute to the delivery of Technology change initiatives, both client and colleague facing.
As a software developer, you will be 100% hands-on and will be responsible for the following:
? Contributing to product team delivery of brownfield and greenfield change initiatives
? Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
? Contributing to, and following, software development best practices
? Coaching and mentoring junior members of staff
? Taking ownership of delivery of work assigned
Other key responsibilities include:
? Contributing to regular Scrum ceremonies
? Embedding software development best practices across the team
? Building and maintaining relationships with other IT teams
? Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
? Involvement in solution design work
